What menu links work? (Instagram?)
Works today: Toast, Square, Google Business / Maps menu links, public PDF menus, and restaurant websites. We cache a readable extract when the page allows bots; guests always get “Open full menu” back to your link.
Not yet: Instagram (or other login-walled social feeds). Paste a Toast / Square / Google / PDF / site link instead — or add tonight’s extras manually.
Is it free?
Yes — free to start for early restaurants. No credit card. Paid plans later; nothing critical is paywalled while you pilot.
Are phone / SMS notifications live?
Not yet — SMS auto-send is coming soon. For now, guests keep the join page open for live status, and hosts tap Notify when a table is ready. In-app status is the source of truth.
Do guests need an app?
No. Browser join + in-app status. No App Store, no Google Play. Hosts can add the dashboard to their home screen (PWA). Phone notifications are coming soon.
Does the “you’re up” text send automatically?
Auto-text via Twilio is coming. Today’s live demo uses Notify + copy message. Same guest experience once the message goes out.

Does this replace my POS or reservations?
